All Sales Are Final on Custom Products
Since all products are printed on demand (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue:
We Will Offer:
- A free replacement or
- A full refund (at our discretion)
What You Need to Do:
Contact us at support@kadobe.store within 10 days of delivery,
Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue (damaged area, wrong print, wrong size/item).
- Description of the problem.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (you no longer want the product)
- The wrong size ordered by customer
- Mistakes in address provided at checkout
- Color or design differences due to the monitor display
